"I am confident that they will prove to be invaluable assets to the Tourette Association, making a lasting impact on the growth of the Association – and on the lives of others." Prior to joining the Development Department, Theodore served as an intern for the Association's Marketing and Public Relations Department for over two years. In this role, he worked closely with the Marketing team, providing creative, digital, and social media support to advance the mission of the Tourette Association. In his new role, Perdik will be in charge of "Team Tourette," as well as national Combined Federal Campaign partnerships with the United Way and Community Health Charities. Mr. Perdik is a recent graduate of Hofstra University and resides in Bayside, New York. Joseph Grappone is a veteran of the nonprofit world who brings experience in account development, performance management, as well as internal and external resource coordination to the Tourette Association. As Chapter Manager, Grappone provides guidance, motivation, and support to the Association's network of 32 Chapters and 18 affiliated support groups. He also advises key volunteers on leadership, management, programming, and fundraising. Prior to joining the Tourette Association of America, Grappone was an integral part of the sales and management team at the American Red Cross. Mr. Grappone is a graduate of Baruch College with a BA in Business Administration and resides in Bethpage, New York.
