By: Cosign Magazine In celebration of one of Dallas' premier media outlets' 5th anniversary, Issue 19 features acclaimed local and national talent such as radio personality DeDe McGuire of K104, recording artist Louise Chantál, singer The World Famous Tony Williams, Dallas music producer Sikwitit and many others. "Our readers are diverse and culturally aware and our content reflects the ever changing state of the arts and entertainment industry. Each issue contains artist features, reviews, exciting social events, business highlights and gadget spotlights. We strive to maintain a global viewpoint, looking beyond borders to find topics to inspire our readers, resulting in a magazine that is unique, entertaining, inspiring and informative." The event, taking place August 28, is a jam-packed show full of some of Dallas' best rising talent including singer/poet Lauren Steele, pop/soul singer Sam Harvey, hip-hop artist Lyric Le'Velle, and dancer/dance instructor Miranda Brackins. COSIGN will transform the warehouse-style event space, SIXTY FIVE HUNDRED, into an exciting breeding ground for Dallas' trendiest underground scene. Artists of different genres will be featured and in attendance at the "#TheCOSIGNExperience: The festivities begin at 7 p.m. when the host for the evening, model and actress Misty Romano, kicks off the "Rip the Runway" style show, where fashion and music will interplay all night. The fashion showcase will begin with a special ballet performance and will feature designs from Guns & Roses Boutique, Flawless Honey, Melancholic Design, RKJ Clothing and will also introduce the new COSIGN Unlimited clothing line. VIP tickets include preferred seating, one copy of COSIGN Magazine Issue 19 and two drink tickets. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Women Called Moses, a non-profit organization that seeks to prevent and end the cycle of violence against women and that was created to be an "underground railroad" of sorts for victims of domestic violence www.womencalledmoses.org.
