Lucky Hole in One for a Soul at Whitetail Golf Course!

EASTON, Pa. - Aug. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Last Saturday, Safety First Volunteer Fire Department held their 4^th Annual Golf outing held at The Whitetail Golf Course. This year, Gary Lee's Brown Daub Kia sponsored a Hole in One. Saturday, Matt Pastula, the event coordinator for the Safety First Golf Tournament, called Brown Daub Kia with some amazing news! Gene Howey of Easton, PA hit a Hole in One on the 11^th Hole, 176 yards with a Callaway 4-iron golf club! His prize; a brand new 2016 Kia Soul from Gary Lee's Brown Daub Kia!

Among the many witnesses, Carl Brandle, a member of Safety First Volunteer Fire Company, saw the golf ball go right into the hole! "I've attended many professional golf tournaments, including the Masters in Augusta, Georgia, and this is the first one I've ever witnessed" states Brandle.

Gene Howey, the winner of the 2016 Kia Soul has actually purchased two Kia Souls in the past from That Family Guy! This will be his third. Gary Lee, partner and president of Brown Daub Kia, celebrated with the winner by doing the dealership's tradition "gong hit" in the showroom. "This is the first time anyone has won a car from us. We are very excited!"

Matt Pastula, event coordinator, states that he was pleased with the turnout of this event and the number of local businesses that sponsored. "We hope it will grow even bigger next year."
