JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Aug. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Jacksonville Fitness Academy is proud to launch the first ever Online Training Academy- a fitness and weight loss program conducted completely online.

"The purpose of the Online Academy is to empower and motivate clients to reach their fitness goals, to instill the discipline needed take control of their bodies and feel great about themselves and their accomplishments," explains Patrick Henigan, a certified fitness professional and founder of Jacksonville Fitness Academy, an upcoming training gym.

These workouts are for your body and your body only.  They are not one size fits all workouts from a website or magazine.
Your personal program removes all the guess work.  There will be no more missteps in the gym, every time you work out you know EXACTLY what to do to develop YOUR body.

Each month's program will be an evolution from the last months.  Your first month is based on our assessment, but the months following will be based on the progress you have made, thus forcing your body to constantly adapt and therefore change.

Every action you take is going to bring you one step closer to your goal, or push you one step further away.  You can assure that you are constantly moving forward by allowing me to remove all the guesswork and doubts for you.
