MESA, Ariz. - Aug. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Henderson-Hughes Health Partners (H3P) is a 501 C3 nonprofit organization that advocates for public health initiatives and understanding about epidemics and healthy lifestyles. We provide educational materials blogs, and programs. There are 4 mobile services that H3P provides nationwide. Teens Educated Against Sexual Endeavors (T.E.A.S.E.) developed to reduce pregnancies and sexually transmitted disease among teens.

H3P Senior Initiative is for seniors age 60 and above. This program was developed with two goals in mind. The first is to reduce the rate of sexually transmitted diseases in the senior population. The second is to help seniors and their families become self-sufficient in taking care of their overall health needs.

VHHughes Consulting is the for-profit service of H3P that provides planning, implementation, and evaluation of health programs for nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and large corporations.

Young grandparents Observing Understanding Nurturing Grandchildren (Y.O.U.N.G.) is open to all grandparents but is designed for grandparents between ages of 25 to 54. This program has five areas of focus: decision to raise grandchildren, kinship foster care, grandparent stipend, foster care licensing, and adoption versus guardianship.
