Chef Gabriel Kreuther will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, presented to an outstanding chef for his commitment to excellence and compassion for diners with food allergies. JetBlue Airways is the Corporate Dinner Honoree for the ball. The festivities for this black-tie Gala start at 7:00 p.m. Ticket prices are as follows: tables are available for $100,000, $50,000, $25,000 and $15,000, and individual tickets are available for $5,000, $2,500 and $1,000.
