Sequoia Applied Technologies to develop Boomerang Bike's Cloud platform

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - Aug. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Sequoia Applied technologies (SequoiaAT) today announced that it signed a deal with Boomerang Bike (leading bike anti-theft & tracking device) for developing and maintaining its cloud software platform.

Under the terms of the agreement, SequoiaAT will develop, implement and maintain a secure cloud-hosted application for Boomerang Bike which enables it to provide live tracking of City Bikes used in Municipal Bike Share Programs, Corporate Fleets & by consumers. Through this partnership Boomerang Bike plans to significantly expand the current software features.

Boomerang Bike plans to expand its current set of offerings to provide crash detection and analytics to cities and bike rental companies to provide more valuable insights into the usage patterns which can lead to safer roads for bikes.

Boomerang Bike chose to work with SequoiaAT as it is known for providing innovative solutions to companies in the IoT space. SequoiaAT plans to deliver the services through its development center in Sunnyvale, CA & Trivandrum, India.
