Rocket Industrial Named a Great Place to Work by Fortune

WAUSAU, Wis. - Aug. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Rocket Industrial, a leading retail and industrial packaging supplier in the United States, has been selected as a Great Place to Work by Fortune Magazine. Fortune partners annually with The Great Place to Work Institute to conduct independent surveys of qualifying companies in each state. Rocket Industrial earned this credential based on the exemplary ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys.

Companies included on the Great Place to Work list are recognized for developing workplace cultures where employees are valued. Employees are asked to provide anonymous reviews on the company via a survey. Two-thirds of a company's score is based on the results of the Trust Index Employee Survey. This survey asks employees to answer questions about management's credibility, overall job satisfaction, and camaraderie. The third part of the score is based on the Culture Audit. This area includes detailed questions about pay and benefits, hiring practices, communication, training, recognition programs, and diversity efforts. The Great Place to Work Institute then reviews the provided survey feedback and evaluates each company thoroughly.
