Open Hearts Assisted Living Open House

DETROIT - Aug. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- - On Wednesday, August 17, 2016, from 1pm to 6:30pm, Open Hearts Assisted Living will host an Open House event to introduce its Assisted Living Program. The event will be held at Open Hearts Assisted Living at 9942 Stout, Detroit, MI  48228

With numerous Assisted Living companies across the State of Michigan, it has become increasingly difficult to find one with unique offerings. However, Open Hearts Assisted Living has introduced a progressive home program. Through this program, individuals living with disabilities are treated in a facility that feels like a real home. Clients receive professional care and are monitored by licensed professionals. A sense of independence is instilled in each patient and treatment plans are customized and tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual. This approach ensures that the client is fully involved in their plan of care and empowered and assisted to regain their independence.

The Open Hearts Assisted Living home is located in a beautiful three bedroom home, in a safe community, in the heart of the city of Detroit. The home can hold up to four clients. The program, which focuses on rehabilitating the client and allowing them to regain their freedom, also incorporates several activities of daily living, including Self-care and grooming, Housekeeping, Transportation, Meal planning, Socialization Skills, Behavior Management, Recreation and Exercise and Community Re-integration.
