LinkedIn Club CEO, D.B. Wienke advises people on how to maximize LinkedIn

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Aug. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- If you think social networking site LinkedIn is a waste of time, you may be getting it wrong, says D.B. Wienke, owner of LinkedIn Club.

My nickname, "D.B.," short for my first and middle names, was earned during childhood from torturous older brothers. It's a classic story.

Hometown: Pittsburgh, Pa.

Best business book you ever read: Any book by Malcolm Gladwell stretches my knowledge with his fundamentally different and unconventional perspective.

Best piece of business advice you ever received: Ask for help, even when you don't think you need it. That was before mentoring became vogue.

What you tell young people about your business: Apply for internships and learn early what ignites your passion.

Favorite smartphone app: LinkedIn, naturally.
