Cardinal Group Business Development Takes Leap Forward

DENVER - Aug. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- We have the pleasure of announcing Tenley Bakley as a new addition to the Cardinal Group Management team. Tenley joins the team as a Business Development Manager working directly with Laurie Lyons, Partner at Cardinal Group Management. Her responsibilities include managing the RFP process, client relations, due diligence, and market analysis.

Tenley's background in multifamily real estate started in leasing. She grew into an operations role and specialized in lease up assets and new business with Greystar based in Denver, CO prior to joining Cardinal Group Management. Tenley is passionate about multifamily real estate and brings with her a fresh, forward thinking, and creative approach to the industry and how assets should be positioned.

Tenley is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Colorado Denver.
