RCOM Partners With Hungama to Launch Content Bundled Data Plan

NEW DELHI - Aug. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Reliance Communications – the telecom giant led by Anil Ambani is all geared up to launch their new data plan "MoviNet" to attract more data users. The new plan shall include music, movies and Internet access, where users will have the liberty to enjoy subscription to the library of Hungama Play's 'Entertainment-on-Demand' services free of cost, along with 'Any-Use Data'.

By availing this plan, users will be able to enjoy subscription free unlimited access to a library of over 8000 movies. This plan would be available at an affordable price of Rs235 per month, with 2.5 GB of high-speed 'Any-Use Data', including 1.25 GB of 'Any-Time Data' access and 1.25 GB of night data.

People with post-paid connections can also avail the MoviNet pack at a monthly rental of Rs 450, wherein they will be able to enjoy subscription-free access to an 'Entertainment-on-Demand' library, 3GB of data allowance along with 1000 minutes of local and STD calls.

Gurdeep Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Consumer Business at RCOM said that the MoviNet is an innovative pack that will help bridging the gap customers have to face between data and content. He also added that the design simplicity, exciting and engaging content with greater data benefits bundled together in the pack will take the entertainment quotient quite a notch higher and result in great customer satisfaction.

Recently, RCOM also conducted a study that highlighted customer's inclination towards music and movies – that these two verticals boost content consumption, however people hesitate to subscribe for premium licensed video content due to high charges.
