A well-rounded supply chain professional, Martin has held many operational and strategic roles with Stanley Black & Decker – starting as a mail room clerk and working his way up to management positions. In his keynote presentation, tentatively titled, "Be the Outlier: Separating Yourself from the Pack," Martin will discuss his own personal and professional development that led to a successful supply chain career. He will also share insights on motivating and grooming the next generation of supply chain leaders and provide tips that attendees can apply to their own careers.
