Equinox Brings METCON3 to The Lawn on D

BOSTON - Aug. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- WHAT:          On Sunday, August 21^st, 2016, Equinox, the high performance lifestyle leader, is continuing Boston's newest outdoor fitness series with METCON3, an Equinox signature group fitness class at The Lawn on D.  Led by Equinox group fitness instructors Shandell Raposa and Ian Kilpatrick, METCON3 is a high-intensity metabolic conditioning workout that taxes all three energy systems and acts like a fat-incinerator, maximizing potential and ensuring each participant will reach their fitness goals.

METCON3 will be held from 10:30AM-11:30AM and immediately following the class participants can enjoy some well-deserved down-time and Lawn on D's amenities including concessions and complimentary games. The outdoor workout series is available for both Equinox members and non-members.

COST:          Members have complimentary admission, and non-members are asked to make a $15 donation to Cycle for Survival, a nationwide movement to be rare cancers. 100 percent of the funds donated go to research studies and clinical trials to change the way cancer is diagnosed and treated.
