ATLANTA - Aug. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- The National Science Teacher Association's STEM Forum in Denver, CO hosted thousands of teachers from around the world, showcasing all the newest technology for innovative education. All the exhibits worked to show products and curriculum which integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

It was the perfect venue to announce the new MyStemKits.com 3D printing subscription service, which allows users to stream 3D models directly to a 3D printer at their school. Compatible with the majority of 3D printers on the market, their kits provide an end-to-end solution for teachers, including the 3-dimensional models, assembly instructions, and even standards-aligned curriculum. Developed by a team of teachers, content-area experts, technology specialists, and artists, the kits and curriculum are designed for interactive and intuitive learning solutions both in the classroom and out of it.

One of the highlights for the MyStemKits team was watching the reactions of people who had 3D printers, but had never envisioned the possibilities for how they could be used. With a library of over 100 kits, their 10x10 foot booth was filled with three large tables overflowing with ideas for the classroom. Near the end of the conference, a teacher with her two children stopped by and explored the various kits for nearly half an hour. The older child, a 7th grade girl, was enamored with the various math and science kits, saying "that is so cool!" to kits on statistics, sampling, and oceanography. The younger child, a 5th grade boy, enjoyed tackling various engineering challenges and working with the Mantis STEM robots, also on display.  MantisOpenSTEM.com, a partner providing robots and sensors capable of integrating into the MyStemKits learning solutions, also had a representative on hand.
