G-Cube showcased an audio-visual based solution created for Aditya Birla Finance Limited in the category of Best use of video in a training program. G-Cube created an innovative technology-aided training program that moved away from a traditional instructor-led classroom approach. The training was created with a strong audio visual element infused with animation, which enabled the learner to retain information in a self-paced manner. With customized audio-visuals showing familiar scenarios and faces, the learning was not like any other e-course that the learners are forced to take. The course stood out as unique because of the rare connection the learners found with the learning content – which is at the core of its organization- In the category of Best use of mobile learning technology, G-Cube highlighted a learning program created for fitness chain FitnessFirst. G-Cube created 'SafetyFirst', a unique mobile-based learning program for FitnessFirst. The SafetyFirst learning program has eight distinct modules, which explain the safety norms and regulations within the organization. To increase accessibility and to make the program platform independent, G-Cube developed the SafetyFirst learning program with HTML5. This ensured that the courses can be accessed from any device that the learners choose – desktop, laptop, or mobile device. The courses are web-based and compatible with all the latest browsers – Mozilla 25, Chrome 25, IE 10, or Safari 5 (and later versions), and can run on Windows XP and later operating systems for delivery on Desktops and Laptops. They can also run on the ios 7.0 and Android 4.3 for delivery across mobile devices. Congratulating the entire team of G-Cube, Manish Gupta, CEO said - 'It is a proud moment for us to win in the categories of Mobile Learning and Video-based learning.
