Vanacore Homes to Celebrate 25 Years with Unveiling of Luxury Golf Duplex Villas

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - Aug. 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Volusia County natives and brothers Scott and Todd Vanacore, owners of Vanacore Homes, are pleased to be celebrating 25 years building homes in the Volusia/Flagler area and beyond. They will host an anniversary party, in conjunction with Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce and Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, on August 24^th starting at 4:00pm and will unveil their new luxury golf duplex villaslocated within the Halifax Plantation community.

"We are extremely grateful to the thousands of customers that we've had the privilege of building homes for over the past quarter of a century," said Scott Vanacore. "We also want to express our gratitude to the incredible network of vendors, subcontractors, and friends we've made over the years," he added. The company has had many milestones since launching in 1991, including building nearly 2,500 homes and town homes throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties. ​They have a staff of 15 people, four of which have worked for Vanacore for 12 years. They have a sales staff that has worked for us for 15 years and subcontractors that have worked with the company for over 20 years .

The anniversary celebration event will be held at Scottsmor on Wednesday, August 24^th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm, with a ribbon cutting at approximately 6:00pm. Scottsmor is located within Halifax Plantation at 3201 Bailey Ann Drive in Ormond Beach. Light hors d'oeuvresand drinks will be served, and there will be giveaways to celebrate 25 years.

The company was honored at the Flagler Parade of Homes award ceremony this year four times and for the fourth year in a row. In addition to the Chestnut II's two Grand Awards for spectacular Palm Coast model homes, their Paris IV model won a Grand Award and Realtor's Choice Award, and their Edenmore model won an Award of Excellence.

Vanacore Homes were the top winners at the Volusia Parade of Homes awards ceremony this past March with two First Place awards for their Jasmine model, and Edenmore in Halifax Plantation. They also received a Second Place award for their Tuscany in Il Villaggio, and a Third Place award for The Showcase home in LPGA.
