Yonder Mountain String Band Headlines Sept. 3 Party in the Holler At Ace Mountain Resort in WVA

It really says a lot about what we're doing with music here at the Gorge and with our venue." YMSB is an American progressive bluegrass group from Nederland, CO, with five studio albums under its belt.

He's hoping for a foot-stomping crowd of 1,500 or so to begin hunkering down around 6 p.m. when warm-up bands hit the stage. These are Larry Keel Experience, known to summer festival audiences and making a third appearance here; the up-and-coming Town Mountain out of Asheville with bluegrass Americana; and a return visit by Josh Daniel-Mark Schimick Project, a fiery string band.

No stranger to booking high profile musicians, Colin also arranges the lineup for the resort's annual Mountain Music Festival in June.

"We start looking at shows nine months ahead and already we're booking for June 2017," he said. "Every year we book bigger and better known acts. As we continue to grow in scope and popularity, music has become one of the cornerstones of ACE."
