BOISE, Idaho - Aug. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- According to the Idaho Business Review, the Oppenheimer Development Corp. is looking to partner with the Idaho Falls Redevelopment Agency to build a new multi-use development in downtown Idaho Falls. The subject property is located on a .95 acre lot at the intersection of Broadway & Memorial Drive.

Preliminary plans for the project include a single story 9,600 SF retail building to be situated on the hard corner and a three-story building totaling approximately 30,000 SF. The three-story building would have commercial uses on the bottom two floors and a residential component on the top floor.

According to Jeremy Malone, Oppenheimer's vice president, these plans are fluid at the moment and could grow to include a five-story building instead of three-story. He is in talks with a potential office user for part of the multi-story building. A plaza park located between the two buildings has been proposed and may include a splash pad during the summer and ice rink during the winter months.
