Grand Living Realty Welcomes Susan McFarland & Karen Sprague

PALM COAST, Fla. - Aug. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Lindsay Dolamore, CEO Managing Broker of Grand Living Realty, is pleased to announce that Susan McFarland and Karen Sprague have joined the company recently.

Susan McFarland started her real estate journey in Charlotte, North Carolina and has been a sales agent for 16 years,. Susan moved to the Palm Coast area in 2004. She is an on-site agent selling new home construction for Skyway Homes in Wild Oaks, a gated community associated with Grand Haven. She is also is owner of TLC Pet Sitting and involved with Flagler County Humane Society.

Karen brings Fortune 500 marketing, business management, and creative home decorating talents to Grand Living Realty. She has worked as a director/manager in the construction, design and aquatic arena for a large part of her career. Her customers appreciate her ability to keep the home buyers and selling process on track, from price negotiation, to inspections, appraisal and bringing the transaction through to closing. Karen is also a member of FCAR (Flagler County Association of Realtors).
