Georgia Realtor Carmen Gutierrez Wins Two National Real Estate Awards

MARIETTA, Ga. - Aug. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- For the second consecutive year, Carmen Gutierrez was named one ofGeorgia's top individual real estate agents by REAL Trends. The America's Best Real Estate Agents list is a newly issued annual ranking report produced by REAL Trends and sponsored by Zillow Group.

Gutierrez had 54.5 transactions in 2015. This placed her No. 117 in the entire state of Georgia for closed sales. In Marietta, Ga., she is second among individual agents based in this city.

This year's America's Best Real Estate Agents list includes some 12,000 residential real estate professionals and is based solely on their excellence in real estate sales during 2015. This group represents the top 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States (which is well over 1 million agents). Carmen Gutierrez was also named by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) to the Top 250 Latino Real Estate Agents in the U.S. The list was compiled by NAHREP and is based on number of third-party verified transactions closed in 2015. Gutierrez is a member of NAHREP and placed in the No. 182 spot for most closings by an individual agent.

A real estate agent for 12 years, this is the third straight year Gutierrez has earned this honor. She specializes in first-time home buyers in Cobb County and has experience with short sales and foreclosures.

A resident of Marietta, Gutierrez is originally from Mexico and is bilingual. When not selling real estate, she is an active member and volunteer at Cathedral Christ the King Church and is married with two sons.
