ST. CHARLES, Ill. - Aug. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Pheasant Run's lively Jambalaya restaurant introduces its new Bourbon Street Breakfast on Sunday, August 7th.  Executive Chef Tiffany Tooker and her culinary team are preparing a fresh menu each weekend to replace the Garden Atrium's Jazz Brunch previously offered.

"We've reinvented what we offer each weekend to meet our guests' desires for a wonderful selection of house-made breakfast items that satisfy taste buds. It's an affordable and delicious way to start your day," says Chef Tooker.

The new menus will feature home-cooked goodness with breakfast favorites such as eggs benedict and omelets made-to-order plus decadent new recipes including red velvet waffles.  Guests will also enjoy freshly baked pastries and seasonal fruits and berries plus a chef's selection at the carving station, a poached salmon display, artisanal cheese and antipasto selections.
