VICTORIA, British Columbia - Aug. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- "Individuals who seek the highest office responsible for many lives, should undergo psychological testing and evaluation," says Daniel Keeran, MSW, President of the College of Mental Health Counselling.

Power and wealth attract psychopathic personalities, and these individuals could not be trusted to attend to the general welfare. Sometimes these personalities engage in multiple sexual relationships outside of marriage.

A candidate who struggles with health issues such as depression and anxiety, should also be identified to the public. A more difficult question is whether or not a psychopath can be effective as President, and examples of popular past Presidents could probably be named.

In the event no candidates possess a healthy personality, the field would be opened to new candidates, and it may be advisable to reveal psychological testing and evaluation results as a condition of entering the primary election process.

The College of Mental Health Counselling philosophy is that learning about counselling is a cognitive therapeutic experience. For more information visit http://www.ctihalifax.com
