Doobert Volunteers Transport Future Service Dog to New Four-Year-Old Owner

CENTRALIA, Wash. - July 28, 2016 - PRLog -- This past week, volunteers drove a future service dog, Snoopy, to his new home in Pe Ell, Washington to help his new owner, four-year-old David.

Snoopy was one of two puppies to survive her six puppy litter at Bubba's Rescue in Waldron, Arkansas.  Volunteers at Bubba's Rescue then spayed and vaccinated Snoopy to get her ready for adoption.  David, who recently needed a new emotional support dog, immediately picked out Snoopy after seeing her picture.

Now, the volunteers needed to find a way to transport Snoopy to his new home, over 2,000 miles away.  Bubba's Rescue contacted Rescue Transport USA to find volunteers to make the drive.  With all the new puppy supplies already at her new home, Snoopy started her three day trip with the help of seven volunteers.  These volunteers used the software on Doobert.com to make their trip as easy as possible.  With Doobert they could see each other's profiles, communication, as well as plan out their trip.

Today, Snoopy is happy at her new home learning what it takes to be a service dog.  Thanks to her rescue, volunteers both at Bubba's Rescue and Rescue Transport USA, and Doobert.com's software, Snoopy can now help improve young David's life.
