When Alexander defends his Prestige Championship title for the first time on Sunday, July 31, there will be some new rules that him, his opponent and the AML Wrestling fans will need to know about.
"When we decided to add the Prestige Championship to AML Wrestling, we knew that it had to be something special and unique," said AML Wrestling Founder, Owner and Promotor Tracy Myers. "I'm confident that our incredible AML Wrestling fans will feel that we succeeded."
"We're extremely excited about the rules we've established for the Prestige Championship matches. We feel they add a level of intrigue that fans have never experienced in pro wrestling before," said AML Wrestling Director Of Operations Brian Hawks.
The rules for every Prestige Championship match are as follows:
1) Each match has a 15-minute time limit.
2) A time limit draw = an automatic rematch.
3) The AML Wrestling Prestige Championship can change hands on a count out or a DQ.
4) The Prestige Champion can trade the title for a match with the AML Wrestling Champion.
These rules will be in effect when AML Wrestling Presents MASS HYSTERIA at the Old Clemmons Gym in Clemmons, NC. Doors open at 3pm for Rows 1 & 2 ticket holders, 3:30pm for everyone else. 4pm Bell time.
