BOSTON - July 25, 2016 - PRLog -- WHAT:          On Wednesday, August 3^rd, 2016, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is bringing a taste of the Middle East to its state-of-the-art kitchens with its newest class,  "The Food of Jerusalem: Plenty of Passion." The class is inspired by the cooking style of acclaimed chef and cookbook author Yotam Ottolenghi whose work is rooted in, but not confined to, his Middle Eastern upbringing. Instructor Genevieve Forde will lead this hands-on class which will explore both the traditional and modern cuisine of this dynamic city, while students learn how to marry the wide range of textures and flavors from the Mediterranean, Middle East and Asia.
