Multi-Screen Capture and Privacy Enhancements for goScreenCapture 1.1

The new and improved goScreenCapture 1.1 features multiple screenshot capture, Blur tool, custom email signatures and file editing.

Multiple Screen Capture
goScreenCapture 1.1 enables users to capture and annotate either a single screen or multiple screenshots. The user can annotate each screen captured and save the images as individual .png files or the software will bundle the screenshots together in .zip or .gosc file formats prior to sharing. Each screenshot is numbered and saved sequentially in a new Screen menu. The user can also delete unwanted screens from the menu.

Blur Tool Protects User Privacy
Occasionally users might have to share a screenshot that contains sensitive or confidential data with IT support or a third party. The new goScreenCapture 1.1 Blur tool preserves the data security and individual privacy of all users. The Blur tool allows the user to obscure any portion of a screenshot before it's shared with others. The user can increase the level of obscurity by simply dragging the tool repeatedly over the required section of the screen. This feature is particularly useful for obscuring faces in photographs, personal customer data, car number plates and financial figures, for example.

Sharing Captured Screens
goScreenCapture 1.1 enables users to share their screenshots in a number of different ways. The user can email screens from within the application. However, now the user can add their unique signature to all emails automatically generated by goScreenCapture 1.1. The user can customise their email signature by selecting Options from the Home tab on the capture window or from within the application. It's that easy.

Security and Peace of Mind
Of course, transferring screenshots using unsecured email is not always appropriate for privacy and security reasons. Using the new Blur tool enables the user to obscure sensitive portions of the screen, but sometimes trusted recipients will need to see screenshots clearly. goScreenCapture 1.1 enables the user to send confidential files and private screenshots with complete confidence and peace of mind using ccDevnet's goTransfer platform. goTransfer is a secure managed file transfer (MFT) system seamlessly integrated with goScreenCapture, and free to use for up to five business users.

Registration and Editing Updates
Finally, goScreenCapture 1.1 comes with a newly designed, simpler user registration form with a more user-friendly register later option. Users can also now reopen .gosc image files within goScreenCapture on double-click for editing purposes. This makes the application just that little bit more convenient should the user want to go back and make changes to screenshot annotations.
