WINCHESTER, Va. - July 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Today, TMB Tax Services Owner, Talibah M. Bayles, announced that she has officially obtained the title of Certified Notary Signing Agent from the National Notary Association (NNA) which specifically means Talibah:

…"has, through examination, demonstrated superior knowledge and proficiency in the administration of loan document signings and has, having successfully passed an industry-recognized background screening, earned the professional designation of NNA Certified and Background-Screened Notary Signing Agent."

The National Notary Association is the leading authority on the American Notary office, the National Notary Association is committed to serving Notaries and their employers throughout the United States by imparting knowledge, building community, and promoting sound professional standards of practice for the benefit and protection of the public.
