Carrhure introduces new team members!

PARIS - July 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Carrhure would like to announce its new members namely Mr. Brent Jeansonne, Ms. Fatou Diouf and Ms. Lilian Buckx.

After 3 months of search, Carrhure finally chose 3 strong candidates to support the executive search team.

Brent Jeansonne is a dynamic agronomist with a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Louisiana State University where he was a Cum Laude with 3.80 GPA. He has an intense and diverse agricultural background which includes research, agricultural product and community sales as well as traditional and sustainable means of agricultural production. He has experience in extension services in Louisiana and Florida and served on the Sustainable Agricultural Research & Education (SARE) and Sustainable Agriculture Working Group (SWAG) committee as a board member. He developed and supported organizations in the Citrus Health Management Areas (CHMA) in Florida to combat the huánglóngbìng insect vector, which was responsible for the citrus greening disease in a multi-billion-dollar citrus industry. His range of agricultural expertise is from horticulture commodities in tropical to temperate zones, including alternative crops, to agronomic crops with emphasis on soybeans, wheat, rice, corn, grain sorghum and sugar cane. His experience is concentrated on crop field production, agricultural chemical sales, soil fertility management and micronutrient trials, pesticide application, grain inspection, exporting and certifications.

Fatou Diouf received her Master's degree in Management and Business development in 2013. She gained educational experience in various countries like India, Paris and New York. Her previous positions honed her competencies in Business Development and Recruitment. She had a background in headhunting during her last position at Fusac and Anselin Associates in Paris specializing in direct approach to public and semi-public sectors. In this role, she searched for the best profile in the market for the department of Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in France. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, she recruited executives and senior executives for valuable strategic positions like General Delegate of Development Agency in Ardennes, Director of Urban Planning and Construction in Villepinte and DGA of Resources and Support functions in Orleans among others.

Lilian Buckx is an experienced global recruiter whose expertise includes senior management executive research and recruitment, recruitment training and recruitment outsourcing. She has been in the executive search industry for more than 17 years. Apart from recruitment, she is also coaching executive professionals on how to successfully manage their career. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economy and more recently, she is taking part-time bachelor study in the field of Psychology at VU University Amsterdam. She can speak 4 languages: French, German, English, and Dutch.

Carrhure's new colleagues will be responsible for driving successful executive searches, with the guidance of the Managing Director, to ensure that only the best candidates will be selected according to the client's specifications and preferences.
