GSF Mortgage Welcomes Two Experienced Loan Officers in Milwaukee

BROOKFIELD, Wis. - July 19, 2016 - PRLog -- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Robert Fabian and Dennis Peters as mortgage loan originators located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. They will be working under Regional Manager Leo Spanuello.

Fabian joins TeamGO with 12 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to originating mortgages, he worked in metal fabrication. He says that this experience gave him a hard-working, blue-collar mindset, which allows him to better relate to all of his customers, whether they are experienced in the homebuying process or if this is their first time. He believes education is the key to his customer's success and he wants all of his customers to feel empowered and ready to purchase or refinance a home. Fabian continues to be a resource for his customers not only during the loan process, but also after they purchase or refinance their home as well.

Peters joins TeamGO with 20 years of mortgage industry experience. Prior to the mortgage industry, he worked in a financial analyst role where he helped customers with financial planning, insurance, budgeting and also structuring their debt and finances. He uses this knowledge when helping his customers choose the best home loan. This allows him to give an overview and full analytical view of the financial impact of homeownership.
