East LA Meets Napa celebrated 11 years with a World Tour event that took the evening's 2,000 guests on a journey through time, 2,000 years in the making, as they experienced food and wine from around the world.  Latino owners, chefs, and representatives from 35 restaurants and 35 wineries showcase their wonderful food and wines.

This year AltaMed featured Celebrity International Chefs; Ana Quincoces, Ingrid Hoffmann, Doreen Colondres, Katsuji Tanabe, Hamlet Garcia and many more featured on Top Chef, Food Network, and Bravo TV.  These chefs displayed their delicious international cuisine along with hosting the Celebrity Chef Lounge throughout the evening.  Guests enjoyed a live concert by Grammy Award Winner Poncho Sanchez.

With 2000 guests in attendance, East LA Meets Napa is AltaMed's highest attended annual fundraising event. Invitees included the AltaMed Senior Management Team, Host Committee co-chairs and committee members, elected officials, sponsors, and friends of AltaMed.
