NEW DELHI - July 18, 2016 - PRLog -- New Delhi -- ICRI is a premier institute which has launched a course in PhD Healthcare Management. It is a doctoral program in the health sector that has a multidisciplinary focus. The areas of research include health and hospital management, public health, pharmaceutical management, nursing management, health economics and finance, population and reproductive health, rural health, urban health, health communication health nutrition, and behaviour change, information technology in the health sector, health systems and related areas.

Who all can enrol?

The Masters in Hospital Administration is a program which is open to postgraduates and health professionals in the field of public health and medicine, management, nursing, health economics and finance, demography, and allied sciences.

Objectives of the Programme

Duration of the Programme

The minimum program duration for the course in PhD Healthcare is two years including period of registration. Only those students who pass the qualifying examination can register themselves for the course which will be based on the course work in the first year of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or a Masters' Degree from University which has been recognized by the UGC/AICTE with a minimum of t 55% marks (or equivalent grade) for general category and 50% marks for SC and ST candidates in general management, hospital and health management, nursing, medicine, health informatics, pharmacy, social and behavioural sciences, commerce, economics, demography, science  and statistics.
