The schedule is customised based on the number of participants and theme of the retreat. You can choose from a variety of workshops, all designed to provide an experience of wellbeing for your participants.

Through a variety of mediums, our facilitators take you on a journey to inspire a harmonious blend between your body and mind. With practice, exploration, and a deepened sense of awareness, your group will connect with themselves and gain a deeper sense of awareness, experience healing and revitalisation, and relieve the tensions arising from their everyday lives and learn to let it go.
