Orpak Acquires Munich-based TABA® Home Base Automation Business

HACKENSACK, N.J. - July 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Orpak Systems, a leading solution and service provider for retail gas stations and commercial fleets, today announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of the Home Base Automation business from TABA® Technology GmbH in Munich, Germany.

Following the acquisition and the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Germany, Orpak Systems GmbH, Orpak is substantially strengthening its presence and leadership in Europe and Germany, enhancing the delivery of leading technology as well as added-value services to customers nationwide.
