Offodile received a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University with a specialization in robotics and has consulted with several local businesses. Offodile has written various articles on inventory and supply chain management, robotics and technology assessment and more, which have appeared in journals such as International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Supply Chain Management, The International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Economics, IIE Transactions and Technometrics.
