New York , NY - We are pleased to announce that Art of Horology is expanding its philanthropy efforts by teaming up with Heart & Soul and Snow Hill High School. About Time and Wrist Watch Magazine to teach young women and men of color the craft of mechanical watch making's to young adults on how to make
timepieces. We are pleased to announce our first class is scheduled to take off this summer. The program will run from June 27 th through July 20 , 2016, where six selected students will learn the essential skills of assembling and disassembling a mechanical watch movement. The program will also be
taught to Michelle Otto, a math teacher at Snow Hill High for the first two weeks and monitored by Mr.Richardson for the remainder of the course. At the end of the program each student will receive a certificate of completion from AOH and will advance to the AOH mechanical watch manufacturing after school program.

About The Art o f Horology : Created by watchmaker Steven Richardson, The Art of Horology is a nonprofit program that offers various watchmaking courses and workshops. Full Time and Part Time career courses are available as well as hobbyist courses and workshops for children and adults . Upon completion of our career courses attendees will receive certification in watchmaking and how to assemble and disassemble a 17 jewel Swiss mechanical movement and understand the function and part names. This program will open up the door
for many fields like engineering, science and other related fields . We welcome the attendance of all those with a desire to learn the Art of Horology.

About The Snow Hill High School : Snow Hill High is ranked 59th within Maryland. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Snow Hill High is 42 percent. The student body makeup is 47 percent male and 53 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 33 percent. Snow Hill High is 1 of 3 high schools in the Worcester County Public Schools. There is partial was sponsorship by 21th Century Community Learning Centers to bring to Snow Hill High School .
