ROI Corporation completes sale of Andover business

ANDOVER, Mass. - July 13, 2016 - PRLog -- ROI Corporation, a leading business brokerage firm based in Weymouth, MA, and Marietta GA, today announced the completion of the sale of Angel Homecare and Care Management at 16 Haverhill Street, Suite 13 in Andover, Massachusetts to Dr. Didie Watsop.

ROI Corporation president Gary Rayberg worked with seller Terrie Marr of Angel Homecare and Care Management during the transaction while ROI broker Joe McGrath worked with Dr. Watsop.

Marr, RN, Founder and CEO of Angel Homecare and Care Management, sold the Andover practice and will continue her career in nursing but in a different setting.

Under the direction of Dr. Watsop, the business will continue to operate as a non-medical practice, providing home health care primarily to private pay, long-term insurance and Veterans Administration clients.  Dr. Watsop is the owner of several nursing facilities and maintains a practice in New Bedford, Massachusetts.  He is affiliated with Boston Medical Center, MetroWest Medical Center Framingham Union Hospital and Quincy Mental Health Center.

The transaction was financed by Wells Fargo and attorney Michael O'Neil, a partner at Schlossberg, LLC represented the sellers.
