Garden City Realty recognizes its June agent of the month and second quarter

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - July 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Bobby Streett is the top listing and selling agent of June. Likewise, Streett is the top selling agent of the quarter. Cal Harrelson is the top listing agent of the quarter.

In 2015 Streett was recognized as listing agent for the first and third quarters as well as selling agent for the second, third and fourth quarters. Additionally, in October Streett was named as a 2015 finalist in the Best Real Estate Agent category of The Sun News' annual Best of the Beach contest. Thus far in 2016, Streett was top selling agent for April.

Streett, Your Coastal Carolina Connection, has been a Broker Associate with Garden City Realty since 2004 and has been selling real estate for more than 40 years. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS, and the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS. In addition, he is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation, and is a certified insurance counselor. He has also completed the coursework for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. Harrelson was listing agent of the year for 2015. Additionally, he was the top listing agent of the second and fourth quarters. In 2016, he was top listing agent for February and May as well as top selling agent for March.

Harrelson has been selling real estate in the coastal resort areas of the south strand for 23 years. He specializes in vacation and investment properties and is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS (CCAR), the South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). He is also a recipient of the REALTOR Image Award. Harrelson has been involved in community activities and organizations including; Rotary International, Boy Scouts of America, March of Dimes' Walk America, United Way, American Cancer Society, South Carolina Crawfish Festival as well as acting chairman of his church's deacon board.
