Adorable Six-Year-Old Amazing Actress

TAMPA, Fla. - July 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Zero Hour's writer and director Karl Huber, a Florida resident but born in Alaska, was casting his short film. So where does a new "no budget" film maker go for free actors? Of course, social media, and he found our lovely young hero, six-year-old Ellah Durliat on Facebook.

"She is an amazing young actress. I saw her at one of the two screenings, the Innovative Film Festival and Sunscreen Film Festival in Palm Harbor and St. Petersburg (Florida), respectively," says Joseph A. Camerieri, CEO of David and Goliath Public Relations Firm, who donated his time to get the attention she and the film deserve. Joseph says, "I wasn't going there to get business, I was just a movie goer and Zero Hour was a great, awesome short film." Ellah has great timing, scene interaction, and great reactions. Six years old! Her daddy Andrew Durliat says, "Unbelievable film acting talent from my daughter - of course I'm biased." This is her second film; she was a Zombie in a short film called Chomp. Local ABC Network producer Lisa Rau recently booked Ellah in a segment of WFTS's "The Morning Blend," a new daily lifestyle talk show in Tampa, FL. Lisa says, "Ellah is adorable and very talented." Her interview show will air July 20th, 2016 on ABC, Tampa, Florida at 10am.

Co-leading in the film is the very talented actress and beautiful young Anja Akstin. Anja was born in Florida and raised in Alaska. Her earliest passion was playing the tuba and trombone, which she did professionally in the United States Marine Corps. Since ending active service, she has devoted herself to acting. She recently became a member of SAG/AFTRA. This fall, she is proud to debut on Sundance Channel's hit TV show Rectify, and she looks forward to expanding her TV and film credits. It is her dream to portray a superhero and inspire children around the world.

Karl Huber was born on April 27th, 1984 in Anchorage, Alaska and he started his production company Blue Light Films, which mainly handles special F/x and props for other independent film makers. So far, he has written, Directed and Produced five short films and one feature length film. Two of those films are currently making their way through the film festivals. "I look forward to working with these two talented actresses again."

And "ZERO HOUR" is a science fiction starring Anja Akstin and Ellah Durliat, which Centers around an artistic alien fanatic who believes that an alien who visited her 20 years ago is coming back to take her to another planet.
