DALLAS - July 12, 2016 - PRLog -- The Professional Golf Referees Association ("PGRA"), the union overseeing the interests of the PGA Tour referees, has launched its new and improved Web site. PGRA is made up of the top golf referees in the world working events on the PGA TOUR, Web.com TOUR, and Champions TOUR. PGRA's new Web site provides visitors with the opportunity to learn the rules of golf from the best in the business. Avid golfers, casual followers, and newcomers alike will equally find the Web site informative and interesting.

PGRA's Web site offers an attractive new design, easy-to-navigate functionality, and a content-rich site. The Web site focuses on increasing education and engagement with golf fans. PGRA's new Web site will provide visitors an inside look at golf at the highest level. Specifically, PGRA will provide inside access to the following:

• The role and responsibilities of a golf referee at the highest level
• Educating the public on the rules of golf and event rulings
• Provide a forum for questions and answers involving the rules of golf
• A Day in the Life of golf referees
• Information about events including hole locations and course set-up

PGRA's Web site is the only one of its kind in professional golf. The rules of golf are intricate and often times seen as difficult and cumbersome. This website provides an explanation of many of the rules involved in professional golf competitions including those on the PGA Tour, Web.com Tour, and Champions Tour.

John Mutch, President of PGRA, said, "Our new Web site and social media is very exciting to our entire association because it allows us to interact more closely with golf fans. We have inside the ropes knowledge and experience. We intend to share that experience and educate our fans. We hope you find our Web site interesting and educational."

PGRA's new Web site can be found at http://www.progolfrefs.com. Users may also connect with PGRA on Twitter at @progolfrefs and on Facebook at @progolfrefs.
