SANAD Capital Names Thinkwell as 'Lead Consultant' for its AUD400 Million Project

(SANAD Capital) about its AUD400 million 'active lifestyle' development, the company has today named the Los Angeles based Thinkwell Group (Thinkwell) as the lead consultant on its Sunshine Coast project.

The yet to be named master 'active lifestyle' development on the Sunshine Coast will now set the world alight with Thinkwell's input.

As disclosed last week, the project will consist of a world's first 'Wave Reservoir', a world class water park, extreme water sports facilities, a prestigious action sports training and development centre as well as a four star hotel, an exhibition and conference centre, cafes, restaurants, international and local retail outlets.
