Having worked at Cargill for a total of 12 years, Legner served in a number of roles including the dedicated 2014 Farm Bill expert for the entire enterprise. He currently holds a Series 3 License and is affiliated with the Crop Insurance Professionals Association (CIPA) and the American Association of Crop Insurers (AACI). A father of three, Legner still operates his family farm in Dwight, Ill.
