Brookwood Community Church Hosts 5K and Kids Fun Run at Huber Park in Shakopee, Minnesota

Red Zone Rush 5K will benefit Shakopee's Good to Go Kids program
SHAKOPEE, Minn. - July 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Brookwood Community Church, a Christian church based in Shakopee, Minnesota, will host the second annual "Red Zone Rush 5K and Kids Fun Run at Huber Park in Shakopee. The football-themed event on August 6, 2016 will include a 5K and kid's 1K fun run along a local course that follows the Minnesota Valley State Trail.  The race will be followed by live music, food, vendors and kid's activities.

"We are excited to partner with Good to Go Kids to support their mission of providing food and school supplies to needy Minnesota children," says Rob O'Neal, senior pastor at Brookwood Community Church. "We invite the community of Shakopee to join us for a day of fun."

The event will be begin at 9:30 am on August 6, 2016 at Huber Park in Shakopee, Minn.
