Sqaak develops revenue building program for REALTOR® Associations

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - July 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Sqaak, LLC today announced that it has created a full-service program for REALTOR® Associatons looking to provide additional benefits to their members working with the zipForm^TM Plus contract creation tool.  This program allows Associations to meet their stated goal of "being a part of the real estate transaction".

In announcing the program company president Chris Beadling noted "the REALTOR® organization is one of the best trade groups in the United States.  It provides tools for its members to stay current and represent customers in a convenient way.  Having Sqaak as an additional tool only enhances that opportunity, and with our new package can also generate revenue that helps lessen the burden on the membership".

Sqaak's unique, patent pending technology allows real estate professionals using the zipForm^TM Plus software tool to invite their buyer to a secure session for making the initial (also known as the "good faith" or "earnest") deposit directly from their online bank.  Prior to now buyers were required to either hand-write a check or visit the local branch of their bank to initiate a wire transfer.  In the Sqaak system, buyers retain control of their funds until the purchase contract has been completed and then release them via text-message interface.

The new program allows local REALTOR® Associations to brand the deposit interface as their own and interact with the consumer during the process.  At the same time the new program gives local REALTOR® Associations a new opportunity to communicate directly to their own members at a critical time in their day-to-day business activity.
