Aaron Gordon to Host Venice Ball Pre-ESPY Events

LOS ANGELES - July 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Aaron Gordon brought the NBA Slam Dunk Contest back to life this year with his innovation and athleticism, qualifying it as one of the best contests in history.

This Sunday, July 10^th prior to the ESPYs, the infamous Venice Basketball League (http://www.veniceball.com/) will showcase the best dunkers in the world in the 1^st Annual Aaron Gordon Dunk Fest presented by ZTE.

The event will begin in the morning with a Kids camp hosted by Aaron Gordon and friends. Game fundamentals, shooting, and dribbling will be some of the activities on hand.  The morning camp will end with the first ever 14U 8ft dunk competition!

The Main Event Game (2:00pm) will feature Metta World Peace's team, Panda's Friends, taking on undefeated and 2014 VBL Champs, the Brand Black All-Stars. Last week Metta's performance on the court made ESPN's top 10 Plays! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMl8kDACq5c)



At 3:00pm, there will be a Celebrity Basketball game immediately followed by Aaron Gordon's Dunk Fest featuring 7 of the world's top dunkers with celebrity guest judges. The winner will take home $5,000!
