Cushman & Wakefield Closes $2.1 Million Sale of 107 York Street in Jersey City

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - July 7, 2016 - PRLog -- A vacant multifamily building at 107 York Street was sold in a transaction valued at $2,100,000 or at approximately $420 per square foot. The property is located between Warren and Washington Streets in Jersey City, New Jersey. Cushman & Wakefield's Fahri Ozturk exclusively handled the transaction. This deal marks the team's thirteenth transaction totaling over $47,000,000 since 2015.

"107 York Street is a beautiful free-standing four-unit townhouse that attracted massive interest due to its prime downtown location and our ability to extensively expose the property through various mediums.  Ultimately, the property was acquired by an owner-user for a premium price highlighting the continued growth and interest in Hudson County," said Fahri Ozturk.
