The Beliveau Group Announces Heather Michaelson as Director of Operations

BALTIMORE - July 6, 2016 - PRLog -- The Beliveau Group of Keller Williams Legacy (TBG) announced today that Heather Michaelson will assume the position of Director of Operations effective July 12, 2016.

As Director of Operations, Heather will be responsible for directing the organization's growth while upholding TBG's extraordinary culture and commitment to world class service.

Heather joins the company after 10 years of service at Johns Hopkins Facilities & Real Estate in various integral operations positions, most recently as Manager, Information Systems.

Heather holds a Master's of Business Administration and a Master's of Science, Information Systems from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. She is ITIL certified and holds several Microsoft certifications in SQL database development and advanced querying. During her service at Hopkins she implemented project management software for the design and construction teams at the University and Hospital. She updated the Homewood plant and housing facilities teams into mobile workforces using tablets instead of paper work orders, and worked on several large data integration projects.
