Dr. Andrew B. Smith Selected as a Top Dentist in Baltimore Area

BALTIMORE - July 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Baltimore Magazine's "Top Dentists 2016" article reports the results of their survey of dentists from Baltimore and its five surrounding counties. This survey was designed with one simple question: Where would these dentists send their own family member for dental care? When the results were tallied, Dr. Andrew Smith was selected by his peers as one of the most highly recommended General Dentists in the Baltimore area.

Dr. Andrew B. Smith graduated with honors with his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH, graduating cum laude. During his time in college, Dr. Smith gained a deep appreciation of all aspects of dentistry through working in dental offices and laboratories.

After graduating, Dr. Smith went on to work as an associate dentist in some well-respected dental practices in the greater Baltimore area. He now has his own practice with Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners, focusing on dental health and esthetics. He is one of the original CEREC mentors in the United States, advising and educating other dentists and dental professionals about CEREC technology.

Dr. Smith is currently an active member in several local and national organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
