Disruptive Advertising Acquires Only Sky's Digital Marketing Business

SALT LAKE CITY - July 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Today, Disruptive Advertising announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Only Sky's digital marketing business.

Only Sky is an independent performance marketing agency, headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Only Sky provides paid search, social media, and website design and development services to national and international brands.

The acquisition marks the coming together of two award-winning digital agencies, both powerhouses in paid search and social performance marketing. With the strength of leadership on both sides and the collective experience across multiple client industry verticals, this acquisition marks a significant step forward for all involved.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is closed on July 1, 2016.
