The author narrates the story through the eyes of Lynda, a rookie Irish policewoman who heads her first case. She is assigned the task of looking into the case of Reema Singh, who is a recent immigrant from India. The case revolves around the death of Ciara, an elderly woman who has left Reema a great sum of money in her will. Interestingly, the will was apparently intended to be altered by Ciara, before which she dies. The case turns to Reema as her fingerprints are uncovered at the crime scene, especially on a poison-laced mug. It is now up to Lynda to crack the case and see if the death of Ciara was actually Reema's conspiracy or if somebody else was responsible for it.

The case takes an interesting turn when Lynda takes a different approach in her investigation, as she sees it through the perspective of love and takes the case beyond the protocols of a murder investigation. With evidences strongly against Reema, Lynda trusts on the innocence of Reema and proceeds with her investigation, learning more about the death of Ciara and the reasons behind it. Richa Yadav is an Indian Born Irish citizen; living with her husband and two kids in a very beautiful city of Waterford, in Ireland. She is writing from her college times and won several awards in essay, poems and drama competitions. Formerly a teacher by profession, Richa has varied interest including arts, painting and cooking. She plunged into formal writing in 2012 and received American literary gem award in 2013 for first novel. She is a screenwriter as well, her short screenplay "15 days" had been selected in ten best screenplays in Waterford film festival and one is in consideration in Bollywood.

She is very positive and active person, running yoga & meditation classes in Waterford. She is also a co-founder of "Sharp Brain Learning Hub", an organization that helps children in reaching their full potential. As Writing is her passion, she writes blog of short stories.
